At the heart of everything I do is a passion for helping seniors and their families navigate life’s most important care decisions with confidence, compassion, and peace of mind.

With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, hospice, and senior services, I have dedicated my career to serving individuals and families during some of their most meaningful and challenging transitions. Throughout my journey, I have built strong relationships across the industry, while advocating for quality care, dignity, and personalized support. My experience in the industry has brought me to the understanding that success comes from genuinely connecting with people, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that make a difference. 

My experience includes serving as a founding board member, executive director, and administrator of the Ruth Woods Open Arms Hospice House, where I had the privilege of helping establish and lead a compassionate hospice program dedicated to providing comfort, dignity, and exceptional end-of-life care. This work profoundly shaped my commitment to patient-centered care and deepened my understanding of the unique needs of seniors and their families.

In addition to my hospice leadership experience, I have spent many years working within the senior living industry, helping families, including my own, understand their options and find the right level of care for their loved ones. Through Northstar Senior Advisors, I combine professional expertise with a personalized approach to guide families through the often-overwhelming process of selecting independent & assisted living, memory care, and senior care solutions.
